Group Programs
Progressive Steps group programs use evidence-based interventions to teach skills in a safe & supportive environment and are supervised by a Registered Behaviour Analyst.
Unless other specified, all of our group are held at the Progressive Life Centre in Ajax, ON
ACTion Seekers is a transformative program for teenagers, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to empower personal growth, resilience, and enhanced life skills, fostering a more satisfying and purpose-driven life.
PEERS® for adolescents is an evidence-based social skills intervention for motivated teens between the ages of 12 and 17 who are interested in making and keeping friends and/or handling conflict and rejection.
Our After-School Program is an in-person group-based program for elementary-aged students. Students work on individualized goals with the support of behaviour therapists using evidence-based teaching methods.
Plans for our Progressive Steps Life program are well underway. This will be a center-based program for those aged 14 yrs and up who can benefit from evidence-based strategies to learn life skills, functional academics, vocational skills, employment skills and social skills.
PEERS® for Young Adults is an evidence-based social skills intervention for motivated adults who are interested in making and keeping friends and/or developing romantic relationships.
Teens will have the opportunity to participate in community outings together to practice transit skills, community safety, making purchases, social skills, and making friends.
Brain Hacks is an interactive, group-based program for Teenagers.
Girls Group offers a supportive and group-oriented program tailored for girls aged 12 to 17.
