Rhyena Miller, B. A

Supervised Lead Therapist

Rhyena is a Lead Therapist at Progressive Steps Training and Consultation Inc. Rhyena discovered her passion for working with individuals with ASD while volunteering in a community classroom in her elementary school. Rhyena strives to make her sessions a safe, fun and engaging environment for her clients.

When she’s not working, Rhyena enjoys staying active by going to the gym or playing volleyball. She also enjoys watching and cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs and PWHL Toronto with her friends and family.

Experience

  • 2 years experience teaching social, academic and daily living skills to clients aged 2-18

  • Experience working with children and youth one on one, group/ classroom settings and online learning

  • 1 year experience conducting assessments, developing and adjusting programs, and conducting staff and student training

 

Education & Training

  • Bachelor of Arts in Psychology

  • First Aid and CRP/AED Certified

  • Direct Instruction
