Real-World Ready
Real skills for real life.
Our Real-World Ready program is designed for teens and young adults who are preparing for greater independence. Through hands-on, real-life experiences, participants learn essential life skills such as budgeting, meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and home management in a fun, supportive environment.
Participants work together to plan meals, create shopping lists, manage a budget, and prepare nutritious recipes while developing practical skills they can use every day. Throughout the 16-week program, each participant receives a $200 prepaid Visa card to practice making purchasing decisions, budgeting, and shopping independently with the support of our clinicians.
