Megan Minaker

Supervised Senior Therapist

Megan is a Supervised Senior Therapist at Progressive Steps Training and Consultation Inc. She has an undergraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and 10 years of experience in ABA. Under the supervision of a RBA, Megan supervises and provides ABA services for children and teenagers in group and individual settings. She implements assessments, develops programming, and monitors client progress. 

Megan earned her BCaBA certification in 2020 and has been working as a part of a senior clinical team since developing and overseeing ABA programs for in-centre, in-home and school therapy settings.
