Girls Group
Building confidence, friendships, and a life guided by what matters most.
Our Girls Group is designed for girls aged 12-17 who want to build confidence, strengthen social connections, and better understand themselves in a safe, supportive environment. Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and evidence-based strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), participants learn to recognize their strengths, navigate friendships, manage difficult emotions, and take meaningful steps toward their personal goals.
Rather than trying to eliminate uncomfortable thoughts or feelings, participants learn practical strategies to handle life's challenges while staying focused on what is important to them. Our goal is to help each teen develop resilience, self-confidence, and the skills needed to thrive both now and in the future.
