ACTion Seekers
Build resilience. Discover your values. Live with purpose.
Our ACTion Seekers program is designed for teens aged 13–17 who are ready to develop the skills to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. Using evidence-based strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), participants learn how to better understand their thoughts and emotions, build emotional flexibility, and take meaningful action toward the life they want to create.
Through interactive activities, engaging discussions, and real-life practice, teens develop practical coping strategies while building confidence, strengthening relationships, and learning to make choices that align with their personal values. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings, participants learn how to move forward with courage and purpose—even when life feels challenging.
