Unique Pathways is a welcoming group designed for teens who thrive with extra support and flexibility. We celebrate each participant’s strengths and interests, offering activities and discussions that foster confidence, connection, and independence. Whether it’s through creative projects, real-world practice, or just hanging out, everyone belongs and everyone grows - at their own pace.
