Senior Clinical Training & Development Specialist
Katie Lem is the Senior Clinical Training & Development Specialist at Progressive Steps Training & Consultation Inc. In her role, Katie divides her time between developing and delivering staff training and providing direct clinical services. She designs and implements training curricula, develops standardized protocols and assessment tools, and provides ongoing coaching to ensure program fidelity. In her clinical practice, Katie maintains a caseload, conducts behavioural assessments, develops individualized ABA programs, and provides supervision to therapists across levels.
Katie is deeply committed to celebrating neurodiversity and creating inclusive, supportive environments where every child is seen, heard, and valued. She collaborates closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes, and her approach emphasizes compassion, empowerment, and evidence-based practice. Outside of work, Katie is passionate about health and fitness, enjoys spending time with friends and family and reading.
