Jessica Bethel is an experienced leader and Registered Behavior Analyst (Ont.) with a strong background in operations, strategy, training and education. As Director of Operations and People Development, she combines her expertise in organizational systems with a passion for cultivating thriving, empowered teams. She is known for building collaborative systems that foster growth, efficiency, and inclusion across programs and services.
Her approach is guided by values of inclusivity, integrity, and innovation. Jessica prioritizes creating environments where people feel supported, valued, and celebrated for their strengths, while ensuring that organizations have the structures and processes needed to achieve long-term sustainability.
When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys cooking and baking, especially experimenting with healthier but still delicious versions of recipes. She is equally passionate about sports and fitness and has completed her barre instructor certification.
