Behaviour Therapist
Sydney is a Behaviour Therapist with Progressive Steps and also helps facilitate group services. She works directly with individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities using ABA strategies.
Sydney is passionate about working with individuals with developmental disabilities and supporting them in reaching their goals. She discovered this passion while volunteering in her high school’s life skills classrooms. Since then, she has dedicated much of her time to obtaining further knowledge and experiences in the field. Sydney believes in the importance of developing strong rapports with clients, collaboration with family, and making learning fun.
In her free time, Sydney enjoys playing sports, drawing, and painting.
