Katie Lem, B.Ed, MSc
Supervised Senior Therapist
Katie supervises and provides ABA services to children, teens and adults with ASD. She conducts skills and behavioural assessments under the supervision of a BCBA/RBA. Katie provides parents training, writes skill development and behaviour support plans and monitors the progress our clients are making towards their goals.
Katie completed teacher's college in 2020 and was motivated to work with children outside of the classroom. She has 3 years of experience implementing ABA services to children with ASD in a 1-on-1 and small group setting. She is enthusiastic about the use of ABA and educating people about the growing field.
When she's not working, Katie enjoys personal health and fitness and spending time with friends and family.
