HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?

Fees for services depend on a variety of factors including, the intensity of services, which member(s) of the team will be needed to provide the services, and the needs of your family.  Please contact us to provide us with more information about your family's needs and the services that you're looking for and we will be happy to provide you with fees for the services that meet your needs. We're able to provide families with multiple service delivery options to support different budgets.

ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY INSURANCE?

ABA services supervised by a psychologist are covered by most extended health insurance plans. If your child would benefit from supervision from a psychologist, we can provide Psychologist Supervised ABA services. To find out more about Psychologist Supervised ABA Services click here 

IS FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR YOUR SERVICES?

There are a few different funding options available, depending on your child’s needs:

ONTARIO AUTISM PROGRAM: Presently, the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services (MCCSS) provides funding for Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy for children up to the age of 18 via the Ontario Autism Program. DISABILITY TAX CREDIT (DTC):  Families supporting an individual with a disability may be eligible for the disability tax credit through the Government of Canada. CHILD DISABILITY BENEFIT:  Families eligible for the Disability Tax Credit and the Canada Child Benefit may also be eligible for the Child Disability Benefit through the Government of Canada. ASSISTANCE FOR CHILDREN WITH SEVERE DISABILITIES:  Caregivers who earn low to moderate income that are supporting an individual with a disability may be eligible to receive financial assistance through the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services.

PASSPORT FUNDING: Passport is a program that helps adults 18 years or older with a developmental disability to participate in their communities. It also helps caregivers of an adult with a developmental disability take a break from their care giving responsibilities.Passport provides funding for services and supports so adults with a developmental disability can, take part in community classes or recreational program, develop work, volunteer, and daily life skills, hire a support worker, create their own life plans (this is called person-directed planning) to reach their goals, get temporary respite for their  caregivers. For additional information, visit their website: https://www.mcss.gov.on.ca/en/mcss/programs/developmental/servicesupport/passport.aspx

DO YOU HAVE AN APPROVED OAP CLINICAL SUPERVISOR?

Yes, both Kerry-Anne Robinson and Olivia Ng meet all of the OAP’s qualification requirements, as set by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and are on the OAP provider List.  https://oapproviderlist.ca/about-oap-provider-list

DO YOU HAVE A WAITLIST FOR SERVICES?

Whether or not we have a waitlist for services is depending on what types of services you would like to access, your availability for services, where you're located and which therapist would be the best fit for your family. 

We currently have a waitlist for clients and families wanting services and support after school hours. We have openings during the day depending on locations, services required and therapist that would be the best fit. 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We do not have a main office and meet with families in their homes, over the phone, or via zoom. We work with families in Durham Region, York Region and some areas of the Greater Toronto Area. We may work with families and clients outside of those regions however additional travel fees may apply.
